Located in Nghe An Province, the Duc Thinh New Materials Factory operates in an environment with high concentrations of calcium dust. This is a common characteristic of the stone powder manufacturing industry and can significantly accelerate corrosion of steel structures and roofing systems if the facility is not properly designed and protected from the outset.
In addition, the Central Vietnam climate—with prolonged heat, high humidity, and severe rainy and storm seasons—places even greater demands on the durability and service life of industrial buildings.
