One of the key challenges in cold storage facilities is thermal deformation caused by significant temperature differences between the inside and outside of the warehouse. As steel naturally expands and contracts with temperature changes, the structural system must be carefully engineered and fabricated to maintain durability, precision, and operational efficiency over time.
For the YOKOREI project, SEICO delivered high-precision steel structure solutions that fully satisfy the technical requirements of refrigerated, frozen, and cooling storage systems in accordance with Japanese and international standards.
