SEICO LAUNCHES ENTERPRISE SURVEY PROGRAM – LISTENING TO GROW TOGETHER

With the goal of building a stronger and more sustainable business in the years ahead, SEICO has officially launched a company-wide enterprise assessment program. The results will serve as a foundation for shaping our strategic plans, development goals, and roadmap through 2025.
This program is conducted in collaboration with expert from CNS Human Resource Training & Solutions JSC - over 25 years of experience implementing HR systems for more than 300 businesses nationwide.
CNS shared key details and objectives
At the program’s kickoff session held at SEICO headquarters, the expert directly shared key details, objectives, and answered questions from our staff. The meeting was attended by SEICO's leadership team and representatives from various departments, reflecting the company's top-down commitment to continuous improvement.

The survey will be independently conducted by CNS to ensure objectivity, confidentiality, and random sampling.
All survey content and results will be handled exclusively by CNS. Participant identities will remain anonymous, and CNS is committed to protecting all personal information of SEICO employees.
This is an opportunity for every team member to voice their thoughts, aspirations, and suggestions—contributing to the collective growth and long-term development of SEICO.
