SEICO SUMMER TRIP 2026: UNITED THROUGH EVERY WAVE – TOGETHER TOWARD SUCCESS

Against the stunning coastal backdrop of Vân Đồn, the SEICO Summer Retreat 2026 has officially come to a close after two successful waves of activities, leaving behind unforgettable memories and stronger bonds that will continue to unite every member of the SEICO family.
Under the theme "United Through Every Wave – Together Toward Success," nearly 500 employees and their family members came together for a journey that was about far more than relaxation. It was an opportunity to recharge, reconnect, share meaningful moments, and gain fresh inspiration for the road ahead.
The journey began with a heartfelt visit to Cái Bầu Pagoda, where participants offered prayers for peace, good health, and prosperity. Later, on the beautiful shores of Vân Đồn, the Team Building activities brought the spirit of collaboration to life. Every helping hand, every cheer of encouragement, and every sprint toward the finish line reflected one powerful message: when people are united by a common purpose, no challenge is insurmountable.
As night fell, the Gala Dinner created a warm yet energetic atmosphere filled with impressive performances, exciting games, and countless moments of laughter. It was an evening when the entire SEICO family came together as one. The boundaries between departments, between office and factory, seemed to disappear, replaced by a shared sense of camaraderie, celebration, and pride after months of dedication and hard work.
Although the journey has come to an end, the values it created will continue to resonate long after the final farewell. It strengthened the bonds between colleagues, deepened the pride of belonging to the SEICO family, and reaffirmed the spirit of "United Through Every Wave – Together Toward Success." When every individual shares the same commitment and determination, the collective has the strength to overcome every challenge and achieve even greater milestones together.
