A New USD 25 Million FDI Project Takes Shape with SEICO's Integrated Solutions

SEICO continues to strengthen its presence in the industrial construction sector by being selected as a trusted partner for a large-scale FDI project at VSIP Quang Ngai Industrial Park.
With a total investment of USD 25 million and a site area of 73,405 m², the project is dedicated to the manufacturing and processing of furniture, sports equipment, as well as metal and plastic semi-finished products for both domestic and export markets.
Integrated Steel Structure and Protective Coating Solutions provided by SEICO
For this project, SEICO is responsible for providing an integrated solution that includes:
- Industrial steel structures
- Deck flooring
- Protective coating systems for steel structures
By integrating steel structure and protective coating solutions under one provider, the project benefits from enhanced quality control, improved coordination across project phases, and greater efficiency in meeting the owner's schedule requirements.
The project has now entered its initial construction phase. The first steel components have been delivered and erected on site, marking the beginning of a large-scale manufacturing facility in Central Vietnam.

The project also reflects the continued confidence that FDI investors place in SEICO's capability to deliver integrated solutions, ranging from steel structures to protective systems, while meeting increasingly demanding requirements for quality, schedule performance, and investment efficiency.
